C.A.R.E. is a not-for-profit organization established under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. C.A.R.E. is comprised entirely of concerned volunteers. Our goal is to reduce the numbers of animals euthanized due to pet overpopulation in Chattanooga and the surrounding area. We do not have a shelter and presently maintain our animals in foster homes. C.A.R.E. has a spay/neuter program for low income families and for people who take in strays. We also supply pet food via our \"Meals on Wheels\" program to ensure that pets of low income families receive proper nutrition.
