Lycoming Animal Protection Society (LAPS) is a no-kill cat shelter located in Williamsport, PA and is staffed solely by volunteers. All the cats at LAPS are rescues who are in need of a loving home where they will live indoors only. Cats adopted from LAPS are spayed/neutered before adoption. If a cat is too young to be spayed/neutered before adoption, you will be issued a certificate to present to one of the LAPS participating veterinarians for surgery. All cats adopted from LAPS are current on their vaccinations and have been tested for feline leukemia and feline aids.
