Caring employees, top-notch surgeons

My chi Lucy went in for luxating patella surgery last fall, and I was amazed at how every employee was friendly and caring. No one seems to just to their job; they're happy to be there and always ask you about your furbaby. The surgeon was the best out there, with 25 years of experience. We appreciated his candor and expertise - other vets have said that Lucy has a heart murmur, but the surgeon couldn't hear it. Instead of holding off on surgery for a cardiologist visit, he added extra equipment during the surgery to make sure her heart rate remained stable under anesthesia. Lucy's knee is perfect now. We're heading in sometime this year for surgery on her other knee.
