Comfortable and Relaxing Vet VisitOverall, we had a great first visit with Dr. Hall. I didn't know what to expect, but I felt more welcome here than any other vet clinics I have visited. I didn't feel pressured to buy tons of products, vaccines, or extras. I am also happy that they do 3 year rabies shots instead of annual. I also was able to purchase the heart worm and flea preventives I like rather than getting a sales pitch for another type. We will be going back to this vet in the future. I feel like I can trust them. I haven't ever had that feeling with a vet before. |
Love Harts RunEveryone at Harts Run is amazing. With 4 cats (and 1 before us), we've seen just about everyone there from Dr. Hall to Dr. Kennon to Dr. Presley and Dr. Elliott. They answer all mom's serious questions and are always patient with her when she asks some wacky ones. Just this year, Dr. Presley saved my life when I ate something I wasn't supposed to. And let's not forget the staff, too Barb and Carol are always so sweet and helpful, and the techs are all great too. Five paws up for Harts Run. Although maybe I shouldn't say that because now everyone will want to go there. |
Dr. Betsy KennonDr. Kennon has been our vet for about 15 years. She is very, very nice to us and always makes a point of talking to us and calming us. She always calls me by my name and tells me how handsome I am! She explains things to us and answers all of mom's questions. She always recommends what she thinks is best for us and calls us at home to check on us if we have been sick. posted: February 22nd, 2007 |
