“Found = Small black female cat, yellow eyes, in Plum/Penn Hills area. Has red collar w/ jingle bell dangling but no tags, & has no microchip. Found 12/22 but it seems she was outside for quite awhile in the cold before that. She is very sweet, extremely well behaved, and affectionate. Please contact us if this is your pet or if you know who may be the owner. I have tried just about everything the past couple days to find her home. I cannot keep her ( I flew in from out of state and am only here in PA for the holidays) and want to help her find her family as soon as possible.
