Horrible Service.My dog Sammy is two years old, and has belonged to my father until now when he was recently long-term hospitilized. Sammy has gone to Norine since her very first hair cut. When my father was hospitilized, I tried to reach Norine several times to arrange for an appointment. After several un-returned phone calls, I decided to go else where. Later, I find out, that Norine had told a neighbor, that she would only cut Sammy's fur if my neighbor took her. I believe thats absolutely horrible customer service. He's not the primary owner of the dog, nor is he the one paying for the hair cut! She doesn't want my business, just because I'm not a personal friend, and my father and neighbor were. That's a horrible way to run a business. |
Kind and gentileNorine is wonderful groomer who is kind and gentle with pets. She gives a report card to show behavior and the animals are always nice to her. |
