STAY AWAY

This is not the place to take any animal you care about at all. I scheduled minor surgery for my dog, and instead of having the doctor meet me and tell me what was involved, the receptionist, rudely and impatiently, hurried through my questions without answering a single one. I asked about what they used for sedation. she said, "ketamine, sometimes." I asked if the do pre-surgical bloodwork. she said "sometimes." without even looking at my dog, and referring to her as a him (a minor misstep except it happened like 15 times and reveals a certain lack of engagement), she said my dog would be put in a "holding room" for three hours, until the doctor "got around to her." I asked if I could come back when the doctor had time, and talk to him myself. she said, "no." we left. sketchy!

The Best Vet!!!

Dr. Radbill is JJ's vet - and I could not ask for a kinder Dr. for my little man! His Center City location is very small, but you get the best care from the entire staff. Out first visit to Dr. Radbill was went JJ had to be neutered. It was a cryptortic neuter (undescended testicle) and the surgery was done perfectly and JJ was up and around within the next few days. Every time we go see Dr. Radbill he is upbeat and happy and you can see that he (and his staff) genuinely care for his furry patients. I highly recommend Dr. Radbill if you are in need of a Philadelphia vet! We use the Center City office location below: Radbill Animal Hospital 408 S 20th St Philadelphia, PA 19146 (215) 732-7321
