Too many people!

Last time the sitter came they forgot to leave a note. I was in the midst of contacting the company when I looked at the long list of 'managers' and sitters in my phone. I have been using the company for two or three years and these are just the managers. Seth, Angie, Jon(weekend), John, Kat, Jonathan, and Amy. I'm embarassed that the list goes on when I include the sitters. I literally can't add any more characters to the space! So why would a sitter bother to leave a note if they are constantly changing and adding managers? Bella gets anxiety so constant change is really not OK. I need a more reliable option. I mean seriously, I need a petsitter not a village. Now that Bella is all moved in, I'm going to have to go back to independents or a smaller company. I don't need to be told that I deserve lesser quality(can't provide me with one or two sitters) just because I don't use the company every day- I certainly don't need to be told that it is fine to have so many people calling, emailing, and entering my house.
