Veterinarians & Specialists
As a certified veterinary technician, it's been difficult to find somewhere that I trust to care for my pets, that I don't work at. So far, Stoney Creek has been very good. Buddy has been the only one of my pets seen there so far, however, the cats will be seen soon. My only downside to Stoney Creek is that they don't offer Interceptor...only Heartgard, so I have to purchase it elsewhere. posted: January 22nd, 2008 |
Stoney Creek is Cat-Friendly!I first met the vets and staff at "Stoney" in connection with my adoption of Peanut Butter and Jelly through the Animal Coalition of Delaware County. They spend quality time with their patients and are very cat-friendly. At one point I had three young cats all with uri's and runny eyes. Dr. Johnson spent time with me at the hospital, as well as on the phone, until everyone was healthy. The cats love her and so do the human owners! |
Great bed side manner.I use Old Marple at times because it is much closer to my home and their 24 hour emergency services BUT when one of my many rescues/fosters/personal pets needs more personal one on one treatment or if the pet that needs medical attention is an exotic (parrot, Sphynx cat etc) I wouldn't go any where but Stoney Creek. The entire staff is warm and friendly and makes you feel as if not only do they remember your pet but he is their favorite, lol - and the care the animals recieve is exceptional. And I have very rarly had to wait to get an appointment even for non "sick" visits. I highly recommend them. |
