They have openings

While I'm not totally disagreeing with the previous assessment, on two occasions cats at our house had to go to the doctor on short notice. We ended up going to this Banfield due to the fact that they had openings &/or walk in times available. ANY other place we called would either see us in a few weeks, or charge over $100 extra for an "emergency fee" just to be seen on short notice.

Banfield

I rated this a 1 due to the fact that I could not rate it a zero. We do not live in PA anymore, however when we did we had visited this Banfield and were HIGHLY disappointed. The doctor that runs/owns this paticular practice is rude, and unknowledgeable. Very much a disgrace to the veterinary field. The rest of the staff is even worse. I can't speak for every Banfield, however, when it comes to this one...think again! Go somewhere else! I wouldn't trust this establishment with a loved member of your family.
