“TWAIN is a no-kill volunteer-staffed, non-profit organization that rescues and places unwanted and abandoned animals. The orphans we receive are spayed or neutered (if old enough), receive shots, and all necessary medical care. They are then placed in foster homes, not a shelter, or are boarded at TWAIN's expense until they are adopted by animal lovers such as yourself. ”
