I love my Doctor Bob!I had to change vets rather quickly, and Mt. Scott was very understanding and helpful. My first visit was great, and Doctor Bob did my bloodwork with understanding and compassion, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Mom was impressed with the professionalism and quality of care, and I was as calm as if I were at home. I even purred at Doctor Bob! |
Affordable, Compassionate, and Flexible Vet ServiceMt. Scott performed Daisy Mae's bladder stone surgery, removing four large stones. The service was excellent, and the staff was so compassionate; Dr. Karen Conradi, knowing that Daisy Mae was in a great deal of pain, insisted on doing the surgery as soon as possible, and was willing to work with me when I expressed that I would be getting assistance to pay for Daisy's operation. This animal hospital, in comparison to the one I had been using before, was compassionate, flexible, and affordable! Dr. Conradi made sure to review all of my options, going over how we could make the procedure as cost-effective as possible, and even before the operation was performed, she answered every single one of my questions. You couldn't ask for a more attentive, kind and honest vet. |
