They sure saved a life.So six days after "I" moved in I was attacked by an off leash dog. The doctors kept me there for 48 hours and now 10 weeks later I'm healed. My normal vet was very very glad I went straight to Dove. Everyone was kind and my new mommy met many shifts and staff and liked them all. |
Dove Lewis is great!Dove Lewis is a wonderful emergency hospital! They are open 24-7-365 and they are very friendly and competent! Mom took me there one night (she over-reacted to my reverse sneezing) and they were very kind. We have had other pets that made trips there in the middle of the night. It is nice to know that someone is there to help at any time! My Cousin is one of the Dove Lewis Heroes! I am so proud of him (he is "Mr. September" in the 2007 calendar). |
Dove Lewismeomy volunteers here and can say without a doubt, they are a very unique, extremely professional, well organized and loving hosptial. Open 24/7, they have a blood bank and have blood donor cats and dogs, programs for grieving the loss of a pet, pet assisted therapy programs, all kinds of fun, local fundraisers and brand new fascilities. Doesn't get any better. Can be expensive, but they tell you up front the $$ and have special programs for low income households. Well worth it. |
