These people are butchers. And If you do decide to take your animal here, stay with them the whole time. A friend of mine thinks her dog has brain damage due to neglect under water from this groomer. Ive been there more than once. Thier phone is always ringing, they wont answer it, its annoying when your waiting. They seem like they have so much to do and act impatient. The owners are rude, especially dennis. They have a new girl there that has no clue. I suggest you go any where else but here. You can buy doggie grooming supplies for cheap and use them over and over instead of over paying this business to mess up your pet. Be warned. If you want your per scarred for life you'll take them to ivannas.
