Every pet that is adopted from Sierra's Haven is spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We do early-age altering of any animals 2 pounds or 2 months of age and up. This is endorsed by the Humane Society of the United States. We have adopted out over 600 pets since 2002 and all were spayed or neutered

Since 2001, we have held seven $5 cat neuter days in which we have neutered over 900 male cats, preventing hundreds of thousands of births of homeless kittens.
