CAT WELFARE - THE WELFARE OF CATS!!This is a no-kill cat shelter with dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly for the health and care of all their kitties! Some of their kitties are permanent residents of the shelter - they are the spokescats and ambassadors to the public for Cat Welfare. I cannot praise this wonderful shelter and their wonderful volunteers!! |
Wonderful organization!They do so much for cats. They have a "garage sale" on the weekends, so you can donate just about anything to them to help them raise funds - books, clothes, not just the normal donation items for rescues |
WOW! This place is paw-mazing!I stopped by this rescue shelter to drop off a stack of snuggles. I was SOOOO impressed with what I saw. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cats live in luxury here. Some choose to stay in their cages, but a lot of them are "floor kitties" where they get to interact (which is purrfect if you're looking for a socialized kitty to add to your existing family of kitties) and they get to lounge around in the many, many cat beds placed all around the visiting room. Cat Welfare is no-kill and will always take back a kitty that didn't work out with a new family. Some cats have been there for 10 years! The shelter is staffed by volunteers and funded entirely by donations. I highly recommend adopting a well-loved and deserving kitty from Cat Welfare. And of course, donations would be greatly appreciated. |
