Top Notch Care!We have been going to West Park for the last 12 years. Over that time we have seen almost all the vets there at one time or another, and have rushed Merlyn in for emergency care three times. Overall, we think West Park is an excellent state-of-the art facility staffed by compassionate and caring people. Whenever they have had to keep Merlyn for treatment, they have allowed visits with her, and have never refused any request to do so. Merlyn is normally a very skittish cat who can and will put up one heck of a fight when she feels threatened. Yet each time we popped in, she seemed comfortable with the staff and her surroundings-which is quite a surprise. Cons - can get busy sometimes, especially since the emergency services were added, so bring your patience. You might want to call ahead and ask if they are running late on appointments if you're pressed for time. And they are a bit pricier than other facilities. Personally, I expected price increases when they built that new facility. So far, it's well worth it. |
Awesome HospitalThis animal hospital is wonderful. All the doctors/nurses/staff are friendly and caring. The facility is state of the art as well. It is open 24 hours for emergencies and I have used it before. They are also helpful with lost pets. Wonderful place |
Great PlaceNot only do they take GREAT care of me and my family..but also my mommy's childhood dog (yellow lab, Holly) who lived to be 18 years old!! So kind, gentle and thorough! They are also open 24 hours for emergencies! |
