Awful

They are outrageously expensive.They didn't want to help our dog at all.All they care about is money.Marsha was the rudest woman I had ever dealt with and she is the owners wife.When my credit card didn't go through they called the cops.It finally did go through,thank God.They wanted to do surgery on her and I declined because they wanted $900.00 up front.I took her somewhere else and this vet.said there was no way she would have made the surgery.So all they care about is money and how much they can get out of you.I really liked them at first but after this no way would I ever recommend anyone to them.My parents had the same experience and my dad says he is a crook.

I write this on behalf of my whole family. Mom loves Grady. It's a 24 hour animal hospital and always has friendly helpful staff. When mom had to put her very first cat down the dr was very patient with her when she went to the vet to say goodbye. He didn't try to rush her out of the room. Then when mom got me she took me there. Grady Vet hospital has been used by my human great grandparents,human grandparents and even my mom. She would reccomend them to anyone in the Cincinnati area that live close enough togo there!
