A little too much of a good thing for usWe go to this pet store rather than the one in our town, because unlike that one there are no puppy mill puppies, in fact there are no puppies or kitties. (There is a resident African Gray Parrot named Pumpkin tho...) And that's a good thing because the store is packed from floor to ceiling. It's overwhelming, good for pet owners, but can also bring on feelings of claustrophobia. Add to that, it's usually very warm. So we don't go as often as we might want to. That said, they've rarely not had something we went for: supplies for cat, dog, fish, bird +. One word of caution: Check dates on anything that might carry an expiration. We just bought (2/07) a bag of premium food that expired 12/06, and appears from the label to have been stocked in '05. We didn't realize it until we were home. We'd still go back. |
