Wagging tail almost killed my dog

I had to board my dog for 10 days because I was going on a cruise with my girlfriend and I couldn't take Bunji. I found this establishment online via Google search. They site offered a live web cam to keep an eye on your dog. I thought that was a great idea, even though they don't walk the dogs or take them outside. That turned out to be a bad decision on my part. Turns out the ship's computer room didn't allow active x controls so I couldn't view the web cam anyway. I had to call, and when i called the workers who answered the phone were very rude. To make a long story short, my dog lost 4lbs and looked emaciated. I don't think he ate any food in there at all. He was very lethargic and didn't seem like himself. Before I could ask why he smelled the way he did, the worker tried to explain to me that they wanted to give him a bath but I came too quick. My dog doesn't like to stink so he groomed himself so much he had a rash on his testes. On top of that, a few days later I realized that he had picked up a severe case of kennel cough. So for ten days they charged me almost $600. Almost $60 a day and they didn't feed him and neglected him. Not to mention the worker told me that my dog just likes to hump. I don't think the other dog owners would have appreciated that. I would never take my dog back to The Wagging Tail and I would never suggest any one take their dog there. Next time I am going to Dog Abby.
