“WJVA has been a non-profit, 501c3, rescue organization since 1998. We rescue dogs and cats from crowded shelters to make room and help lessen the need for Euthanasia. We also will help families that need to surrender their animals. We have meet and greets at local pet food stores on Saturday, where potential adopters can meet the dogs for adoption.”
