Second Chances and Hope for Bichons in NeedWe were taken in by the DVBR when our first "family" surrendered us. We were placed in a foster home that took wonderful care of us for the three weeks we were there. In that time, the special folks at the DVBR worked hard to find us the perfect forever family, where we are doted on and cared for the way we deserve. We can't say enough about this wonderful organization and the heart and dedication they have for saving bichons in need, and finding them the pefect furever families.
