“Castle-of-Dreams Animal Rescue (CODAR) is a 501 C (3) Rescue Group incorporated in June of 2003. It does not operate a shelter, however their goal is to open a No-Kill shelter in NJ.. All animals are in foster care until adopted. They save animals from high kill shelters throughout the east coast.”
