We've used two of their three trainers so far, and have had no complaints. Their techniques are easy to remember and are very successful for our hyperactive 4 month old puppy. We've finished puppy kindergarten, and are moving onto intermediate. The trainers are very nice and committed to their clients. They are understanding about make-ups and will go so far to help you after-hours if you are having a major behavioral problem with your dog.
