We can't say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow. I'm disabled and it is hard for me to go places like the dog park, so Camp Bow Wow allows me to socialize my dog without her being limited by my disability. We feed a raw diet and they are one of the few places who were totally fine with feeding that when we board our dog. We totally trust them and are always so pleased when we pick our dog up. They don't charge extra to give meds, feed a special diet or get daycare when the dog boards. Definitely a great deal on top of the wonderful service.

Good Day Care, Will not use for boarding ever again

We have taken our two dogs here since the place opened and we have used them for both day care and boarding. Day care during the week is great, although more expensive than any other place around (other places only charge $20, but here is it $28). The weekend hours are very inconvienent because they are only open from 7-10am then 4-7 and the dogs are locked up for the 6 hours they are not open. You also cannot reach anyone there during those hours. I was okay with all of the above until I experienced the care over holiday weekends when they are full. I understand that Thanksgiving was a holiday, but last I checked the next day is not (nor can you be informed of this because their website does not list holidays). The dogs were only out from 7-10, but not really because they are put up for breakfast for at least an hour. Then I proceeded to try to check on the dogs on the webcams from 4-7 and the dogs were not out, I checked every 15 minutes while my husband was wacthing a basketball game and I was on our laptop at the hotel. In fact they were cleaning/moping the play areas from 5:00 on. Who knows if my dogs were even let out to relieve themselves before bed. I asked the employee upon pickup about this and she replied that the dogs are out from 4-7 no matter what, when I told her about what I saw she just repeated that the dogs were out, although she did mention that she did not work the night before. This was a ridiculous reply to a customer, and I found it very unprofessional. For paying $68 a night for a cabin that does not even have a run to the outside, I expected the dogs to get plenty of play time. I will not board my dogs here again, and I will end up saving $30 a night by going to another facility that includes play time, walks and a 24 accessible dog run.
