The dog park is a portion of the park east of I-94 (adjacent to Riverside Park). Entrances are on Franklin Terrace and W. River Parkway. Street parking only. In order to use the Off-Leash Recreation Areas, pet owners must first obtain a permit (http://www.minneapolisparks.com/default.asp?PageID=623).

All Boarding is free roam with NO KENNELS. The dogs are allowed to play all day and sleep in a living environment that is as close to home as you can get. A staff member is on hand to pet, supervise and play with your dog both night and day. Dog daycare is daytime playtime with a full day of fun and activities for your dog. We have both indoor and outdoor time for your dog. The dogs love to chase and play in our grassy outdoor yard. The dogs are fully supervised and played with through out the day.

Dog park is on south end of Minnehaha Park. Enter park at 54th St. and Hiawatha Ave. Entrance to dog park is accessed by walking down a marked path. Parking lot at 54th Street. Permit required.

Hwy 62 & 28th Ave S

Exit on 28th Ave S from Hwy 62 and turn south. The dog park is at the end of the road on your right. It consists of 80 acres owned by the Metropolitan Airport Commission. The property is not entirely fenced in. No permit required, but there are no services provided. Owners must pick up after their dogs and take it with them for disposal off park grounds.

Located in Columbia Park. Large fenced-in area with wood chips and some trees. Permit required. Two plastic-bag stations and several garbage cans. Many park patrons bring water to fill dishes that are already in the park.
