Paradise Animal Rescue, Inc. (PAR) is Lapeer County's first and only animal protection shelter registered with the Michigan department of Agriculture. Founded in 2002, PAR is an all volunteer, non-profit organization. We qualify for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. That means that donations you make to PAR are deductible on your federal tax return.
