Excellent experience!Several days after being neutered, Josh had a dark red spot that was spreading, and I was worried it was a hematoma or infection. I took him to Animal Emergency Clinic, and they looked at him and told me it was just bruising, and they *didn't even charge me* the $70 office visit! That is just amazing customer service! I was blown away, and SO GRATEFUL. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back with Josh should we ever need emergency care. |
Excellent experienceDr. Brandi Garcia is an angel. Dolly was so distressed (as was I seeing her so bad off!!) and in so much pain from an injury. Very quickly Dr. Garcia gave her pain relief so that she was comfortable, which relieved my stress so that I could calmly & effectively provide the history on the complex issues that needed emergency attention. Dr. Garcia spent a fair amount of time taking Dolly's history, and worked with me to understand the best diagnostic route that would give us answers we needed, and she helped me prioritize what could potentially wait for my regular vet to do at mostly likely a lower cost. Thank you for relieving my girl of her horrible pain!! |
