Good knowledgable vetWe have been going to Banfield for a few years now and we are always treated well. If we have an emergency with one of our pets, they allow us to drop them off and depending on how urgent it is, they will be seen quickly. Dr. Ashley has been the chief of staff there for quite some time. He certainly seems to know his stuff and I always feel like he takes the time to answer any questions we have. They usually have one or two other vets, but some are there for a short time. We have never had a bad experience with them, but when it comes to illnesses, we will ask for Dr. Ashley just because of the relationship. They have a turn over on vet techs...there are one or two who have stayed, but it seems every time we go, there is someone new working there. They are always friendly though. I would recommend this hospital, especially Dr. Ashley. Just be aware that they will try to sell you the goods. The special food, vitamins, etc...we just politely say no or ask for over the counter alternatives. |
