Highly recommendDr. Franklin has been our vet for about 17 years: since before he had his own practice. He and his staff have always been very courteous, professional, friendly, and accommodating. During this time he and his staff have treated our puppies, given our last dog comprehensive geriatric exams and treatment, one extensive emergency dog attack surgery, euthanized a beloved pet, and treated many other issues which would take too long to tell here. I have found his diagnostic and surgical skills to be excellent. The only minor drawback has been some small miscommunications at times. They are typically very busy, work long hours, and I'm sure it's often stressful for the staff. All in all, I'm extremely pleased and highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Vet Hospital in Hagerstown, MD.
