they took a chunk out of my cat, literally.i had my persian cat groomed here one time because i couldnt get a hold of my regular groomer, they charged me double the price for a partial clipping as the good breeder charged me for a full clipping, and when i got her home she was litterally covered in cuts, with one so big i took her to the vet because i was afraid it would get infected. she wasnt the easiest cat to groom, but my other groomer never ever cut her. and as a professional pet groomer you should be able to handle an unhappy cat safely at least. if i had seen all the cuts i would not have payed them a dime, but they made me pay before i could see the cat. i didnt make a fuss, i just left and never took her back there. |
Worst PetSmart In the World!!!!!I came from this PetSmart because they work together with Last Chance feline rescue - a wonderful group that takes animals like me that are about to be euthenisized and finds forever homes for them. Well, this PetSmart has an acting manager that is so terrible to the kitties!!! He wasn't in charge when I was there, but he is now. One day, when my human family were at the store to get me some yummy cat food, they looked at the kittens and saw that these two black kittens had their collars on so tight they were gasping for breath!! My mom wanted to get the collars loosened so she told an employee, who told the acting manager, who went to look. By this time a lot of worried cat lovers had gathered. Well, the acting manager said nothing was wrong!! He refused to do anything to help the kittens! My mom and her sister tried to take some pictures with their phones, but they got kicked out of the store!! Apparently there was a policy against photography in the store. When they got home, they called PetSmart's corporate office and told them about the incident. Boy were they mad! There isn't any policy against photography in the store, the acting manager lied! The nice lady at the corporate office wanted to see some pictures, so my mom's mom went in a disguise and came back with pictures. It was so great! I really hope those other kitties were able to leave that awful PetSmat soon and find their forewver homes. 1 out of 2 pets found this review helpful |
