I worked here for 2+ years, and my own mother works here currently! This is a large - hip and funky - modern grooming facility where glamour is never put above your pets well-being! The owner is down to earth and has an "all for the animals attitude" - she will not try to make the customer happy by harming the dog: for example, if the dog is really matted but the customer wants the dogs hair to stay long, she will NOT brush out the dog - because brushing out severe matting irritates the skin (as does the matting in itself) and can really hurt your pooch! The prices are great, the service is spectacular, and the care and concern for your pet (dog or cat!) is put above all else! They cater to your needs, whether you want to give your dog a full body mo-hawk and dye it red, if you want the AKC Cocker cut, or just to simply trim up your Shih Tzu to make him/her look cute, fluffy and clean, you got it!
