PETCO in CambridgeGreat location, hard to find pet stores in the city. The parking lot is very small so sometimes coming and going can be troublesome but the people are very nice and attentive. This location also hosts a low cost vacination clinic on weekends - check the PETCO website for exact dates. |
I want to like this place, but...It's really not that great, unfortunately. It always smells funny in there - well, ok, funny smells are good for a dog. But their prices are a bit high, and they don't carry some of my favorite (basic) treats - I have to get about half my doggy supplies at a grocery store, and that's just silly. And the customer service is hit and miss. But I know a lady who works there and her two dogs, and she's really nice, so I want to like this store more... so I have to give it three paws. Average. Not great, but they do have some good things going for them. And lets face it - it's just about the only pet supply store in the area, so that counts for something! |
So-so ...I find their service indifferent most times, and their prices high compared to other places to which I go. Not all bad though; they have some good merchandise. |
