Rohan is extremely hard to deal with and this vet really didnt want to take the time to help him. He refused to help us in an emergency situation because "he didnt have the staff to deal with him". Rohan is fine if my husband or I hold him, but that was not an option with them, and we ended up driving 1 hour in the snow to an emergency hospital because of this vet.

Huge disappointment

Will definately not go to this vet again. Waiting is forever, they're extremely slow. The vets wont listen if you try to discuss something and they always leave the room repeatedly even if you arent done discussing things with them.
