This 125 acre park has two off-leash dog parks (one for big dogs, one for small dogs), and a 2 mile path perfect for walking, biking, jogging, rollerblading, etc. Many picnic spots, and grills are available. There are two lakes, the larger one you can fish at. The park is next to Raymond James Stadium and Legends field, and many people tailgate here.

Rowlett Park offers amenities for every member of the family: street hockey, tennis courts, trails, picnic tables, pier, fitness stations, dog parks, and more. Nestled along a bend in the Hillsborough River, the Rowlett Park Trail provides two miles of asphalt trail, meandering through oak and pine hammocks. Nature trails cross the park. The canoe launch is available for access to the Hillsborough River State Canoe Trail, which extends north to the Hillsborough River State Park. Two fenced dog parks are available, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Both areas have agility equipment in them for you to train your dog!
