“Welcome to Kindness For Cats Inc! We are a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that participates in the Orange County Animal Services (OCAS) foster program providing temporary nurturing homes for at least a few of the countless kittens and cats abandoned there. We attempt to find permanent loving homes for these kittens and cats so that they will not have to return to OCAS when their time in foster care is done. ”
