Skylark.

The techs are ridiculously inadept at doing their job. There's dog hair and dirt all over the floors. The boarding room in the back is dark and filthy, with cattle-like holding cells of steel and a hard floor that they throw a nappy blanket over, and provide a steel pail of water. I wasn't thrilled with the vet care. Many problems one doctor overlooked would be brought to my attention by the other working vet there the next time I'd come in. The biggest downfall is the attitude of the techs. I called them several days ago looking for some advice on Waylon's restlessness, and the only response I got was, "He's a puppy. They do that." Waylon is a 4-month old Newfoundland, and he DOES NOT sleep, even after a day of being awake. He occasionally limps. He'll lie down, but will be up in five minutes time with a groan, as if he simply can't get comfortable. I've raised nine dogs from 8 weeks up and have never seen this behavior before, so I am doubting it's typical puppy behavior. Upon getting a second opinion and a complete explanation of the problems he could be having, and what I could do to fix them, from a wonderful lady at Magnolia Animal Hospital, I'll be taking my family elsewhere. Someplace I can get HELP, not a half-witted excuse to make me seem like a fool. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
