“Rescue, fostering, and low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinics for feral cats. They strongly promote Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR) programs for ferals. They have 2 clinics, one in northern Delaware and another in Montgomery County PA. Check website for further info.”

loving help for feral cats

These kind people neutered and blood-tested me and Cow!Cat for FeLV and FIV, gave us our basic vaccines, took care of my wounded ear that needed stitches, and ear-tipped us so we're now protected ferals. They understand and empathize with feral cats, know how to work with us safely, and they helped us when our Food Lady didn't know where else to go for Trap, Neuter, Return programs in our area.
