Campgrounds 5025 Killens Pond Rd Felton, DE 19943 The Campground is cool, especially the primitive sites. Dogs are allowed on a leash, but when we go very early in the season, there's no one else there, so all leash laws go out the window!! Pretty cool trails, and the water park is only $2. To make a reservation at the campground which is open year round, call (302) 284-3412. You can't have a dog at the cabins, so keep that in mind!!
