Pet supplies, big box styleThere are times when you just can't live without Petco. While they don't have every natural line of cat food, they do have a big selection of just about everything a cat needs. Their prices are generally good, especially if you're a Petco Pals member (get an application at the register). They carry Feline Pine litter, and some natural food, along with the usual corporate products. Their toy selection is good, and they have a big cat furniture section. (No info on delivery options, which you'd need for the biggest towers, etc.) Be sure to get your parking validated, since you will want to park in the kind of small and awkward parking lot if you're buying big bags of anything, Parking in Cleveland Park is a hassle, especially at rush hour (when you can't park on Connecticut Ave.) and on weekends (when everyone is doing their shopping). We've never been there during one of the adoption events, but see them advertised frequently. posted: August 9th, 2007 |
