The best Memorial to visit during Cherry Blossom

This is by far our favorite memorial to go and relax. It is located right on the tidal basin an surrounded by Cherry Blossoms. It is hard to find a more beautiful and tranquil place in the spring. On New Years,watch couples get engaged, during the sring and summer there are people from all different walks of life breathing it all in. Walk your pup around or sit back and take it all in. According to the National Park Service, well behaved dogs are allowed on leash except in the area underneath the dome.
