“This a fenced in area just off the highway in a residential area where many people come to let their dogs run and play. There are garbage cans available in the summer; in the winter there is a dumpster ouside of the park. There is not water available, so bring some along. There are some benches but not many”
Great ParkIt's clean and the parking is big. |
Seaway parkThere are a lot of dogs all day long, but mostly around 6 and 7 o'clock. You can pet small poogles to great dane. It is very big and they recently planted a few trees. People are very friendly and they bring water and balls to share. You sometimes have to stand because there are few benches. You should bring your own chair, but watch out for dogs. posted: June 23rd, 2007 |
Seaway ParkThere is nothing special about this dog park - there are no trees for shade, no water fountains, not that many benches. The nice thing about it is that it is in a central location so you can meet people from all over - from Candiac to Boucherville. Generally, the dogs are well behaved. There are always a few that are out of control and their owners don't keep them on the leash. The park get used more during the summer where it is busy from 3:30-8:30. You can make lots of friends there; people are usually really friendly and willing to talk about their dogs. |
