Rescue Organizations 65 Brunswick Blvd. Dollard des Ormeaux, QC H9B 2N4 CASCA was founded in Rigaud in 1997 by a group of caring individuals who made it their mission to help find permanent homes for abandoned, lost and stray cats/kittens, and to ensure sterilization - hence population control.
CASCA relies on donations to purchase food, liter and pay for veterinary care. They also rely on volunteers; CASCA would not be where it is today, if it hadn't been for the hardworking volunteers and caring foster homes. ?CASCA was incorporated in 1998.
