Had to visit this clinic when I got sick while visiting Toronto. Was not impressed with either the care or the kindness shown. They never referred to Calvin by name and just seemed more interested in getting him in and out with a rather large bill. Impersonal care.

Not a very understanding clinic - have been known to reject patients because the owners do not have enough for a required emergency "downpayment" of 500 dollars in 2006. I'm not sure if this rule has been changed since. Vet care is quite expensive at this hospital - I'm assuming its because its an "emergency" hospital.
