RE : the reviews

This is a great store. I know I work there. All our staff are well trained buy the best and the oldest running canadian pet shop. NOT all kids. (im 29 and the manager is over 30 as well). Part time staff are older than 18. Age does not matter. It is the knowledge that does. All staff attend seminars and have dedicated most of there time to learning about your pets. We also offer advice if you have a problem with your pet and help you save money. All in all we take care of YOUR pet like it was our own. BTW you dont need to know what you want before you go in, we have a wide range of stuff, just because we dont have what you need does not mean we have nothing. Alot of stuff can also be ordered for you that we do not generally carry. We do not provide grooming I think the other rating was thinking of keele and wilson....? NOW our store is closing and im loosing my job after 8 years of giving them 110% of my life. Well Fah-Q too Pet valu.

Small store with friendly staff. Not a lot of choices but very few pet stores in the nearby vicinity.

A nice small pet store...

I found this store to be quite nice. It's true there aren't many in the area though. The store was well stocked and the staff was friendly and made sure we found everything we were looking for. There was even a grooming parlor downstairs but we haven't been there so we don't know if it's good or not. I thought the store was clean, animal friendly (we brought our dog in), and had a nice selection for it's size.
