Joan is a professional photographer, writer, animal rights activist, and environmentalist. She has worked as a Photojournalist for the "Community Press Newspaper," and is presently the Ottawa Animal Welfare Writer for the online newspaper, "The Ottawa Examiner." Joan is willing to take photos of human clients, but only if there is a furry, or feathered friend in the picture. Of course, reptiles, amphibians , and all gill-bearing aquatics are equally as welcome.
