“An Edmonton based obedience school for dogs”
Tough Love Makes for Long Lasting LoveI took my dog there to get some training. More for me than for my dog. The trainer was very helpful and understanding. He knew that I got Dagan when he was five years old and he understood how difficult it can be to train a dog of that age and to break him of any bad habits. Did I mention that Dagan was 6 at the time and was in a class of 6-10 month old dogs. I felt really out of place, but Derick made us feel comfortable. He teaches you techniques and gives you a hand out explaining these techniques so you can practice at home. I was lucky because there weren't any classes after our class so I was able to ask more personal questions rather than the general questions that we talked about during class. He has a seating area, where my boyfriend could sit and watch to see what techniques were used. I would definitely recommend Companion Dog Obedience School to anyone. At first, you may think they are harsh, but when you can finally walk your dog without your arm getting pulled from it's socket, you will find it is worth it! posted: March 14th, 2011 |
