“Petco is very pet-friendly! My little Gis loves to go in there and see all his friends. Every two weeks he visits for is grooming service. When he's done we visit the doggy snack bar and pick out his favorite snacks, and look for a fun new toy and once in a while a new little shirt. Of course the BEST part is all the attention he gets from other customers and the staff. The staff all know him very well. Sometimes Gus will even help pick out a new toy and treats for his sister, Hope.”
Terrible Customer Service!I will never shop at Petco again! I had purchased 2 5lb bags of fish gravel to start a new fish tank. After setting up the tank I realized that I did not need one of the bags. I no longer had my receipt, but figured that I could at least get store credit since I needed to buy more things for my fish tank. I took the UNOPENED bag to the store and asked for store credit. I was told that the product was purchased too long ago and that since the packaging had changed they would not be able to resell the bag (the bag was maybe a month and a half old). After arguing for a little while, I finally left with my bag of gravel. I lodged a complaint with the corporate office and only then did I get a call from the store manager offering to give me store credit (she was probably kicking herself for not doing so in the first place). I used my store credit and have never been back since. |
Dad saw something bad there!We don't get to go there too often because Dad saw an employee smack a tank full of Rats with her big ol' keyring meanly. He found out she was the MANAGER! What kind of place that's supposed to love pets does a think like that? If you need foodz and toys go to Pawformance or Geiser Pets. Box pet store doesn't care so much. |
One of my favorite places!!I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE PETCO!!! During my grooming, I'm given the star treatment. Afterwards, Mommy lets me pick out some of my favorite treats at the snack bar, a new toy, and sometimes a new outfit. We also pick something out for my sister, Hope, too. I lvoe everything about the trip to petco, the ride there, my groom, my shopping experience, the attention from all the different people, and the ride home. I give it 5 paws up!! |
