“Formerly called Animal Health Network but still the same place. Our two doctors--combining 20 years or more in practice--are devoted to progressive, compassionate veterinary care and to the most modern, best practices in the profession. We continue to uphold the prestigious AAHA guidelines this hospital has earned. Yet, we do so now under family ownership with community values in mind, treating your pets like the family members they are. We are committed to client education and ongoing communications. We strive to be honest and fair to the 50 or so new clients we meet each month as well as most appreciative to the familiar faces, our valued clients who trust us with their pets time and again--in that, we are truly honored. We are conveniently located by the Post Office in the Diamond Heights Shopping Center (with free, no-stress parking).”
I see Dr. Christine Holter...I see Dr. Christine Holter and think she's great! She is very knowledgeable and has a nice, caring staff. Whenever I have issues, Dr. Holter always gives us options for treatment. They are a wee bit expensive, but I'm an old guy and trust them with my health, so it's worth it! posted: January 17th, 2008 |
Eh, they're okI've been here three times and I can say that while the vets are very nice, as is the woman that works behind the reception desk, the vet's assistants aren't very freindly. They seem very put out to do their job. Plus, last time I was there I was taken to an exam room and there was fur/dander all over the exam table. When I asked the vet's assistant to clean it off, she said, 'oh, it's just fur, it won't hurt you.' While she may be right, I didn't find it sanitary. So, when it comes to my next check-up, me and my fur will be going elsewhere. posted: May 11th, 2007 |
Best Vets Ever!AHN has taken care of me and my sister, Lucy, since we were pups. The technicians always remember our names and our favorite scritching spots and treats. On a sad but necessary subject, while I was undergoing chemo treatments, AHN and especially Dr. Lum took great care of me. When the sad time came to let me go, Dr. Lum was very sensitive and gentle with me and my owners. |
