Though it has a good selection of high end products, customer service is hit or miss. The first time we're there, the person helping us couldn't really help us. The last time we were there though, the person helping us was able to answer all our questions. Prices also seem to be very high there. The last time we were there, I checked the price of one of Sophie's usual treats. It's almost double of what I usually pay for! For one reason or another, we're just not really into this store.

first off---- I LOVE THIS PLACE!

They have everything . Well I'm not sure if they have food , but they have beds , clothes , bowls , treats , grooming supplies , and Cleaning products and much more!!!! They have a groomers in the bck and I really like it :) Recommeeeended totallysz!!!!!1

Very helpful staff

As opposed to don't even think of touching the merch if you're not buying it attitude, the people working at this store are the opposite. Their salesperson was more than glad to help me get the perfect fitting life jacket for my Precious because we were moving to Maui and who knows if he'll need one. (He never did, hee hee.) Anyway, it was very kind of the staff to be so helpful and they have a larger selection too compared to other neighborhood stores in the city.
